“The constitutional amendment authorizing the legislature to increase the amount of the exemption from ad valorem taxation by a school district of the market value of the residence homestead of a person who is elderly or disabled.”

Visual Description: A man is seated at a wooden table against a plain off-white background. He has light brown skin, a bald head, and a neatly trimmed beard. He is wearing clear-framed glasses, a black short-sleeve shirt, and a black smartwatch on his left wrist.
Context: Raises the extra school property tax exemption for seniors sixty five and older and for people with disabilities from ten thousand dollars to sixty thousand dollars. Votes yes means eligible people get a much larger tax break on their school property taxes. Votes no means the exemption stays at ten thousand dollars.
